Summer Timings in Federal Government Schools & College

Federal Directorate of Education has released a notification regarding the summer timings for educational institutes in the Islamabad capital territory under its jurisdiction. The new timings will be effective from February 20 until further notice. As per the notification, the Federal Government has announced the summer timings for schools and colleges. The students will note the Summer Timings in Federal Government Schools & College

Single shift schools and colleges will operate from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, institutes will close at 12:30 pm. In double shift institutes, the morning shift will operate from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm on Monday to Thursday, with institutes closing at 12:30 pm on Friday. The evening shift in double shift schools will start from 1:30 pm to 7 pm on Monday to Thursday, and institutes will open at 2:30 pm on Friday.

For Pre-1 Montessori/Prep classes, the timings are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Ex-FG colleges will open at 8:30 am from Monday to Friday and will close at 2:00 pm / 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, these colleges will close at 12:30 pm.
