Students Make Fun of Teachers on Internet Receive Punishment

A private university in Lahore awarded different punishments to its students, who made fun of their teachers on the internet. The administration of the private university has awarded the punishments to 35 students and it also gave the warnings to 13 different students and ordered them to upload their apologies on the facebook. According to the details, ten students are awarded the punishments of reducing their grades and they are punished to remove the dirt from the lawn of the campus. 12 other graduate students are also instructed to upload their apologies on the facebook. It is said in the notification, which is issued by the university administration if the students do not act upon the orders, their degree will be cancelled. The university further added that the students will be blacklisted and the action will be taken as per cyber laws.
The private university said in their notification that the students can send an appeal against the punishments, which are being awarded to them within 15 days. On the other side, a student said that a student does the light fun and it does not mean to connect it with the cyber crimes. This student also said how the university will reduce the grades and stops the semester to put a damage to their educational career.
