PU PharmD Annual Exams 2025 Updated Form Schedule

Lahore –University of the Punjab has announced the revised schedule for submission of online admission forms for the Doctor of Pharmacy PharmD Annual Examinations 2025. This schedule covers all professional years—1st through final—for students intending to appear in the upcoming exams. The examination department has started accepting admission forms and fees from both regular and private candidates under the updated plan.

Key Dates and Fee Details

Students can submit their admission forms with the regular fee from April 1, 2025, to July 15, 2025.

The admission fee structure is as follows:

1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Professional: Rs. 20,680/-

Final Professional: Rs. 20,680/- plus an additional Rs. 6,000/- as the degree issuance fee
