Admission Announcement for MS/M.Phil/PhD Programs at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar: Fall 2024

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University SBBWU in Peshawar has announced admissions for MS/M.Phil/PhD programs for the Spring 2024 semester. Located at the Main Campus in Larama, Landay Sarak Charsadda Road, Peshawar, the university offers a diverse range of disciplines for prospective students.

Program Offerings at SBBWU:

Eligibility Criteria:

For admission to MS/M.Phil programs, candidates must hold a relevant Masters degree or have completed 4 years of education after intermediate with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in the Semester System or a 2nd Division in the Annual System. They must also have passed the Departmental Test/GAT General conducted by NTS with at least 50% marks. For PhD programs, candidates should possess MS/M.Phil 18 years of education with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in the Semester System or a 1st Division in the Annual System. Additionally, they must have passed the Departmental Test/GAT Subject conducted by NTS with at least 60% marks.

Admission Procedure:

Prospective candidates can obtain admission forms from the university website. Upon filling out the form, they are required to deposit Rs. 2000/- at the UBL University Branch Main Campus, Larama Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar. Those employed in government or semi-government institutions must submit a NOC within 30 days of initial selection. The completed application form, along with attested copies of educational certificates/degrees/bank slip, should be submitted directly to the Examinations Section at the Main Campus. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
