PIMS Admissions 2025 Postgraduate Residency Training Program

Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences PIMS, Islamabad invites applications for admission 2025  into its Postgraduate Residency Training Programs starting July 2025. The following disciplines are open for enrollment:

Disciplines Offered:
FCPS-II in Critical Care Medicine

MD in Critical Care Medicine

FCPS-II in Anesthesia

MD in Anesthesia

MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates applying for FCPS-II must have successfully passed FCPS-II in General Medicine, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Cardiology, or Anesthesia.

For MD programs, a valid MD Part-I degree from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University SZABMU, Islamabad is required.

MDS applicants must hold a valid MDS Part-I from SZABMU.

All candidates must possess an MBBS degree registered with the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council PM&DC, have completed a one-year house job at a PM&DC-recognized institution, and hold valid PM&DC registration.

Application Details:
The non-refundable application processing fee is Rs. 2,000, payable online to NBP Account No. 1780003010766690, titled “Securities Account PIMS off A/C” Branch Code 1780.

Applications must be submitted within 7 days from the date of this notice to the Research & Induction R&I Section, PIMS, G-8/3, Islamabad.

No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.
