Summer Camps Optional for Students, No Mandatory Fees Allowed
According to the directive, summer camp participation is purely voluntary. Schools are not permitted to compel parents to enroll their children or require them to pay any fees related to these camps.
The department highlighted that although summer camps are being offered, it is entirely up to parents to decide whether or not their children will attend. If parents choose not to participate, schools cannot impose any financial obligations or attendance requirements.
Fixed Schedule Announced for Summer Camps
Moreover, the department has specified the official duration for summer camps. They are allowed to take place only between June 16 and July 15, 2025. All schools must comply with these dates and are strictly forbidden from extending camps or demanding extra payments beyond the approved period.
