Punjab Examination Commission has issued the registration forms of the candidates on their website so that they can download these registration forms for 5th class for the year 2018 and it is provided to the students to provide all necessary information about their exams. The regular students can get the public school student registration form A for 5th class and public school student registration form B for 5th class. The private school student registration form A for 5th class and private school student registration form B for 5th class are provided on this site and they need to download these registration forms from here and fill it up completely. The students can appear in the exams if they provide all necessary information in these registration forms in time.

Instructions


• The students download the registration forms form this page and they complete it with all particulars.
• The students will have to fill up two separate registration forms in which registration form A is meant for the schools’ information and the registration form B is meant for the student’s information.
• The candidates will have to send their registration forms to respective ECC/CTSC.
• The students will comply with all necessary instructions, which are given here to fill in the registration form.
• The independent students will download their respective registration forms and they can appear in the exams as independent candidates.

Registration Forms For 8th Class – 2018

Punjab Examination Commission manages to receive the admission forms from the middle class students, who want to appear in the 8th class annual exams. PEC issues the public school student registration forms A for 8th class and public school student registration form B for 8th class so that they can appear in the exams in time. The students of the private educational institutes will have to complete their private school student registration form A for 8th class and private school student registration form B for 8th class. The private students, who want to appear in the middle class annual exams independently, they can download their registration forms from this page and complete it to appear in the exams.

Instructions


• The registration forms of the regular and private students are given with this page and the students will have to download it on the A4 size paper and complete it accurately.
• The students will have to complete registration form A and registration forms B separately as the registration form A is prepared for the information of the school and registration forms B is prepared for the information of the students.
• The candidates will send their registration forms to respective ECC/CTSC.
• The students will have to read the instructions, before filling up the registration forms.
