New Academic Year Free Textbooks Supply Starts from Monday

The School Education Department of Government of the Punjab issued the notification about the distribution of the textbooks to all tehsils across the province. The provision of the new textbooks to the public schools through the warehouses of their respective tehsils for the academic session 2020-21 will be started now. Punjab government will complete the annual transportation of the free textbooks for 128 tehsils warehouses all over the Punjab. New Academic Year Free Textbooks Supply Starts from Monday.

Punjab School Education Department advised the concerned to take the necessary initiatives to distribute the free textbooks to schools from the warehouses of the concerned tehsils by the competent authority / secretary school education. The school administration department is permitted by School Education Department to open on Monday and Tuesday with necessary staff to complete the distribution of books by class wise at the time of distributing the books and also maintain the social distancing. These books will be distributed to the respective schools so that they can ensure the provision of the free textbooks to the students under proper SOPs, which the government of the Punjab issued.
