Application Procedure
To apply for the MORA Scholarship for minorities, eligible candidates can access the application form attached below or download it from the official Ministry of Religious Affairs website ww.mora.gov.pk. To be eligible for this scholarship, the monthly income of the students parents must not exceed PKR 60,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the MORA Minority Scholarship 2022-23, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must be regular students enrolled in Government or Public Sector Institutes, including schools, colleges, and universities, with a minimum of 50% marks.
Should belong to a minority group and demonstrate a good educational track record.
Priority will be given to students who are poor, needy, orphans, and handicapped.
Application Requirements
To complete the application process, candidates must adhere to the following instructions:
Submit the application online, along with the last two duly attested annual marks sheets and the original income certificate of the parents/guardians.
The Head of the Educational Institute must certify all student particulars. An attested copy of the school progress report or marks sheet from the last annual examination, reflecting the students actual performance, must be included. Marks sheets created on plain paper will not be accepted.
The Head of Institutes is responsible for ensuring that the application forms are complete, required documents are attached, and must send a list of eligible students with a signed covering letter to the Ministry.
Applicants receiving financial assistance or scholarships from other sources are not eligible for this scholarship.
The applicants CNIC number or NADRA B-form for those under 18 must be provided on the forms and copies attached.
Incomplete application forms will not be considered.
Students enrolled in private institutes are not eligible to apply.

Note: Applications received before the advertisement or after the closing date will not be considered.
Deadline
Completed applications, along with all required documents, must reach the designated authority within 30 days from the publication date of this advertisement. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained. Please note that application forms can be photocopied from the newspaper.
