KPK Declares 2024 Winter Vacation Timings for Schools

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkwa has released the winter break schedule, for both private & Government schools for the academic year 2024–2025.The timetable was made public on December 16th in that year and outlines holidays specific to different regions based on temperature fluctuations, throughout the province.

Winter Break Schedule, at KP:

In regions where schools are located the winter break is scheduled to start on December 22nd of 2024. Will end on December 31st of thesame year lasting a total of ten days.

Areas blanketed with snow:

During the winter season, in regions, with heavy snowfall and cold temperatures vacations are expected to last from December 22nd, 2024 to February 28th, 2025 extending over a period of two months.

The notification, signed and circulated by the Secretary of the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, ensures full compliance from school authorities and district officers.
