JSMU Examination Form and Fee Submission Notification 2024
The Examination Department of Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a crucial notification regarding the submission of examination forms for Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Semester-I Batch-2023 Retake for the year 2024.
Candidates affiliated with the Institute of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation and all affiliated institutes and medical colleges of JSMU are advised to download the examination form from the JSMU website.For Institute of Physical Therapy JSMU students, the downloaded examination form must be filled out and submitted, along with a paid voucher of RS 2500/-, and required documents to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.
Similarly, students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges should print the examination form, fill it out, and submit it with a fee of Rs. 2000/- to the focal person at their respective institutions. The focal person will then submit the examination forms to the examination department along with consolidated pay orders in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University.
The deadline for form submission is from March 15th, 2024, to March 27th, 2024. A late fee of Rs. 500/- will be applicable from March 28th, 2024 onwards, and no forms will be accepted after March 29th, 2024.
At the time of submission, candidates must ensure they have the necessary documents, including a transcript photocopy of the last years examination, a copy of the enrollment card, two recent photographs, and original paid fee vouchers for IPTR candidates or consolidated pay orders from affiliated medical colleges.
