JSMU DPT Batch V 2023 Semester III Exam Form & Fee Schedule

Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU, Karachi has officially released the DPT Batch V 2023 Semester III Year II Retake & Year Back Exam Forms & Fee Schedule 2025. This is an important update for all students enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Program under Batch V 2023 who are either retaking exams or classified as year-back candidates.

According to the official notification, students must download the examination form from the JSMU website at www.jsmu.edu.pk/exam-download.html, print and fill it completely, and submit it with a paid voucher of Rs. 2500/- and other required documents to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.

Candidates from affiliated institutes and medical colleges must submit their forms along with a fee of Rs. 2000/- to the focal person of their respective institutions. The focal person will then forward the forms to the Examination Department of Jinnah Sindh Medical University along with a consolidated pay order based on the total number of students.

The last date for form submission is May 13, 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged from May 14 to May 17, 2025, after which no forms will be accepted.

Photocopy of transcript

Copy of enrolment card

Two recent photographs

Original paid fee voucher for IPTR candidates

Consolidated pay order for affiliated colleges
