HEC & Microsoft Offers Students Free Microsoft Certification

Microsoft and Higher Education Commission have made the joint venture for the provision of free certification to the Pakistani students while staying in their homes. The students will complete their certification and they will be awarded the free certification as the agreement between the two has been signed now. The certification will be offered to about 2000 students and the students, who have been registered, they will be provided with free certification. This step will be taken to bridge the gap between education and employment. Pakistani students will do their master vocational education at home during the coronavirus pandemic. HEC and Microsot have been working together in order to promote the IT skills in higher education and their agreement will be applied to private and public universities and the Pakistani students will get the technical training opportunities to young students as per international standards. The students will get IT and technical skills and the courses are offered to the students, which are computer science, data science and IT infrastructure. The Microsoft Technology Associate and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications will be provided to the students.
