Eligibility Requirements for HEC Balochistan & FATA Scholarships

To qualify for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarships, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Hold a domicile or local certificate from either Balochistan or FATA.
Have successfully completed 12 years of education FA/FSc/ICom/ICS/DAE or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
Be 22 years old or younger by the application closing date.
Satisfy all academic qualification requirements by the stated deadline.
Not be a recipient of any other scholarship from HEC or the government.

Scholarship Coverage and Financial Assistance

This scholarship provides extensive financial support, including:

Coverage of tuition and associated expenses, including hostel fees, up to Rs. 60,000 per semester or year.
A monthly living allowance of Rs. 6,000, with an annual increase of Rs. 500.
Rs. 5,000 per year as a book allowance.
An annual travel grant of Rs. 5,000.
A one-time settlement allowance of Rs. 10,000 when starting the study program.

Steps to Apply for the Scholarship

To apply for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship, candidates should:

Complete the online application form available on the HEC portal at www.hec.gov.pk/site/bf3.
At this stage, no hard copies of the documents are required.
Pay the application processing fee of PKR 500 using 1Link 1Bill through participating banks, ATMs, mobile or internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Upaisa.
Verify the payment by selecting "Verify Online Payment" on the application form.
Ensure that all required details are filled out completely, as incomplete applications will not be considered.

Key Notes for Applicants

The application fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual.
All queries or issues must be addressed before the registration portal closes.
HEC reserves the right to halt or modify the scholarship process at any time without prior notice.
