Programs Offered at FIMS

FIMS offers a range of educational programs, including diploma courses and certification courses in various medical disciplines:

F.Sc MTG Medical Technology Group: This program is open to candidates who have completed their F.Sc with a combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with not less than 45% marks. Upon completion, students can specialize in various fields such as Medical Lab Technology, Radiographic Technology, OT Technology, Dental Hygiene, Physiotherapy Technology, Cardiology Technology, Ophthalmic Technology, Nursing, and Dispensing Technology.

2 Years Diploma Courses: These diploma programs are open to students who have completed their Matric with Science, securing 50% marks, and are not older than 30 years. The diploma courses encompass a wide range of medical disciplines, including Surgical Technology, Health Technology, Cardiology Technology, Radiology Technology, Pathology Technology, Dental Technology, Anaesthesia Technology, Pharmacy Technology, and Assistant Pharmacist Category B with a Medical Store License.

LHV Lady Health Visitor and CMW Community Midwifery: LHV and CMW programs cater to candidates interested in community healthcare. The criteria for LHV is Matric with Science, with 45% marks, while CMW accepts candidates with no age limit.

CNA Certified Nursing Assistant: The CNA program is open to students who have completed Matric with Science/FS with 45% marks or Matric with Arts with 50% marks.

Campus Locations

FIMS has two campuses:

Mandian, Abbottabad: This campus is located on Old Degree College Road, Abbottabad.

Haripur: The Haripur campus is situated opposite the Total Petrol Pump, Naeem Khan Colony, G.T Road, Haripur.

To gain admission to FIMS, students are required to take an entry test, which costs Rs. 500. This fee applies to both male and female candidates.
