Balanced Family: Diploma Course for Family Welfare Workers by the Department of Population Welfare, Government of Punjab open admission 2024
The Department of Population Welfare, Government of Punjab, has announced the admission for the Diploma Course for Family Welfare Workers under the Khushal Pakistan initiative. This program, aimed at empowering female aspirants from the Maslak Districts, is scheduled for the 2024-2026 session.
Educational Qualifications and Age Limit
To be eligible for this diploma course, applicants must meet the following educational criteria:
FSC Pre-Medical: Minimum 45% marks with compulsory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Matriculation Science: Minimum 45% marks with compulsory subjects - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The age limit for applicants is set between 14 to 35 years as of July 6, 2024.

Application Process
Interested candidates can download the application form from the departments official website: Department of Population Welfare. The following attested photocopies must be attached to the application:

Completed applications should be sent to the respective addresses of the Regional Training Institutes by 4:00 PM on July 6, 2024. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.
Stipend and Training Details
During the training period, female students will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 6000. All Regional Training Institutes offer hostel facilities. The diploma course is registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council PNC, and its rules and regulations will be applicable.
Candidates who leave the training program prematurely will be required to return the stipend received from the government. Admission decisions will be made on an open merit basis. The training session will commence on September 2, 2024.
