CPSP Admissions 2025 Postgraduate Diploma Program

The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan CPSP is now accepting applications for its prestigious MCPS in Health Professions Education MCPS-HPE program for the academic session 2026–2028. This two-year postgraduate program is designed specifically for medical and dental professionals aiming to enhance their expertise in medical education and academic leadership.

  About the Program
The MCPS-HPE offers a dynamic blend of academic coursework and applied research tailored to the needs of busy healthcare professionals. The program supports participants in pursuing professional development while continuing their clinical or teaching responsibilities.
 

CSPS Admissions offer:

Flexible Learning Model: Combines face-to-face sessions with supervised distance learning.

Designed for Educators: Focuses on challenges and practices in public and private medical/dental institutions.

Research-Oriented: Concludes with a research project resulting in a publishable article in a CPSP-recognized journal.

Program Duration: 2 years

15 months of structured coursework

9 months of supervised research at the participant’s home institution

 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

Must be a medical or dental graduate with a valid PMDC license.

Must have completed at least one year of house job.

Must have a minimum of:

Two years of teaching experience post-graduation, or

One year of work experience in a Department of Medical Education DME.

 Selection Process
Admission is competitive. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on a merit-based scoring system, which considers:
