APS Admissions 2025 Class XI

Abbottabad Public School APS, a distinguished residential institution with a legacy of academic excellence and character development, is pleased to announce that admissions for Class XI 1st Year for the session 2025 are now open.
How to Apply
Applicants can obtain the prospectus and admission form through the following options:
Collect in person from the APS Admin Office on any working day between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM
To complete the application process, candidates must:
Submit the filled admission form, attested by the Head of their current school
Attach a copy of their SSC-I 9th Class Detailed Marks Certificate
Deposit a non-refundable registration/processing fee of Rs. 5,000/- at any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan NBP using the provided deposit slip
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 15 to 17 years old on or before 1st July 2025
Academic Performance: Minimum 85% marks in the SSC-I examination
Admission will be granted strictly on merit. However, a limited number of self-finance seats are available.
Entrance Test & Selection Procedure
A written entrance test will be held as follows:
Date: 20th July 2025
Time: 10:00 AM
Venue: Abbottabad Public School, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad
Subjects Included:
English
Urdu
Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics or Biology based on SSC-II syllabus
Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for an interview and medical examination.
Final Selection Criteria
Written Test: 50%
Interview: 20%
SSC-I Marks: 30%
APS Admissions will be granted based on the combined merit from these three components.
Note: Students who had previously applied may reapply.
Scholarship Opportunities
APS offers generous scholarships based on entry test performance:
90% and above: 100% tuition fee waiver
80% to 89.9%: 75% tuition fee waiver
75% to 79.9%: 50% tuition fee waiver
