Punjab Chief Minister has unveiled an ambitious new plan to distribute 100,000 e-bikes and 50,000 scholarships to students across the province in 2025. The announcement was made at a special event held at Okara University, where she also presented scholarships to several deserving students. During the ceremony, the Chief Minister was gifted portraits and photographs in recognition of her efforts. The students can get latest updates of Punjab’s Groundbreaking Initiative: 100,000 E-Bikes and 50,000 Scholarships for Students.

Historic Scholarship Program to Empower Students

In her address, she highlighted the magnitude of the Talented Students Scholarship Program, calling it the largest initiative of its kind in the history of Pakistan. “I am here today to speak with my heart, but more importantly, to listen to the students,” she shared, reaffirming her dedication to enhancing educational opportunities. Her words underscored the government’s intent to invest in the future of students across the province.

Commendation for Education Ministers Hard Work

The Chief Minister also took a moment to commend Education Minister Rana Sikander Hayat for his tireless work in advancing education in the province. “He’s doing an outstanding job. Like any good student, he accepts criticism and continues to push forward,” she remarked, expressing her gratitude for his efforts. She also encouraged everyone to remain focused on the truth in all their endeavors.

Next Years Expansion: E-Bikes and Increased Scholarships

CM Punjab announced that in 2025, 100,000 students will receive e-bikes, enabling them to travel more easily and gain better access to education. Additionally, she revealed that the scholarship program 2025 will see a significant expansion, with 50,000 students set to benefit next year, up from 30,000 in 2024. She emphasized that the scholarships were not charity-based but were instead a way to honor the hard work and potential of the students.

Future Plans: New Medical College and Student Support Initiatives

The Chief Minister also shared plans to establish Okara Medical College by 2025, further supporting students seeking medical education. Additionally, the first shipment of laptops, part of a broader student support initiative, will be arriving soon. She assured the audience that the scholarship program would strictly adhere to merit-based selection, with no consideration given to students’ political affiliations or personal recommendations.

Event Wrap-Up: A Joyful and Inspiring Atmosphere

The event concluded on a high note, with she interacting with the students, taking selfies, and engaging in friendly conversation. This personal connection with the students created a positive and uplifting environment, making the event even more memorable.
