Young Development Fellowship Program

The Planning Commission invites the applications from the candidates, for the Young Development Fellows (YDF) programs under their plan of ‘One Nation One Vision Pakistan’. Now the government of Pakistan invites the applications for the 4th batch of YDF program. The young students can get the benefit of this opportunity.
The Planning Commission has initiated this Young Development Fellowship program, which is attracting the young and talented students for the national development of the country. The interested candidates can apply for the fellowship program on the basis of their qualification and the field of study in the following disciplines.

• Peace & Development
• Education, Policy and Research
• Energy & Power Sector Development
• Gender and Development
• Poverty Alleviation
• Private sector led Growth and Public private partnership
• Health and Nutrition
• Science, Technology and Innovation
• China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)
• Food Security & Water Management
• Environment and Climate Change
• Financial Analysis / Management
• Information Technology / Software Development
• Infrastructure Development / Urban Management
• Media and Development Communication / Social Media
Eligibility Criteria to apply for fellowship programme:
The candidates, who meet the given eligibility criteria of the Young Development Fellowship program, they will be considered for the program.
• The age of the candidates must be between 18 to 30 years.
• The candidates must possess master, PhD or professional degree from the reputable recognized university in one of the field.
• The candidates, who have some professional experience to the development or they continue their academic study at PhD level, they will be preferred.
• The candidates must have not attended the previous YDF batch.
The interested candidates can apply for Young Fellows program till 02 July 2018.
