UoS Form Schedule for Supply 2nd Annual Exams 2024

The University of Sargodha UoS has announced the schedule for form submission for the upcoming Supply and 2nd Annual Examinations 2024. These exams are intended for students of Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT, BS Allied Health Sciences all programs, as well as the 2nd Annual Examinations for Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D, Bachelor of Graphic Design BGD, Bachelor of Textile Design BTD, and Bachelor of Fine Arts BFA. Students are advised to submit their admission forms and pay the required fees as per the UoS Form Submission Schedule for Supply / 2^nd Annual Exams 2024.

Submission Deadlines and Applicable Fees

Students may submit their application forms with a single fee by the deadline of 19th June 2025. Forms can also be submitted with a double fee by 26th June 2025. The final opportunity for submission will be available with a triple fee until 1st July 2025. The applicable fees are as follows: Rs. 9,000 for DPT and BS Allied Health Sciences students, Rs. 8,500 for Pharm-D students, and Rs. 7,500 for students enrolled in BGD, BTD, and BFA programs.
