PU-Admission Entry Test
To be considered for admission to the undergraduate programs at the University of the Punjab, Pothohar Campus, Gujar Khan, all applicants are required to take the PU-Admission Entry Test. This entry test is scheduled to take place on November 4, 2023. Its important to note that candidates must apply separately for the Entry Test and Admission Form on different portals, as specified below.

Who Can Apply for Admission Test?
Applicants who have successfully passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate HSSC or an equivalent Grade 12 education are eligible to apply.

Admission Test Categories
The Admission Test will be conducted in the following seven categories based on relevant academic streams/disciplines:

Pre-Engineering PU-E
Pre-Medical PU-M
Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences PU-AHS
ICS with Physics Combination PU-CSP
ICS with Statistics Combination PU-CSS
General Science
Commerce PU-GS and PU-COM
The weightage of the admission test is 25% of the total merit calculation, making it a significant factor in the admission process.

How to Apply for PU Admission Test
The Test Portal will open on October 22, 2023, at 08:00 AM. To complete your registration, youll need to download the Fee Challan from the Admission Test Portal. The test fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, is set at PKR 1500/-. You can pay this fee at any branch of HBL, UBL, or through Mobile Banking using 1 Bill.

All applicants are required to upload an image of the proof of payment on the portal to finalize the application process.

Its important to note that both the Law Admission Test LAT and the PU Admission Test are mandatory for admission to the LLB program at the University of the Punjab.

Test Venue
The Admission Test will be held at affiliated colleges of the University of the Punjab in Gujar Khan.

Last date for online registration for the PU Admission Test is October 30, 2023.
