Eligibility Criteria and Application Process

Candidates aspiring to pursue a Ph.D. at the University of Karachi must hold an MPharm, MPhil, MBA with Four Year BBA, or its equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university. The application process involves several important steps:

Download Prospectus and Forms: The Admission Prospectus 2024, Entrance Test Form ETF, and Fee Voucher can be downloaded from the Karachi University website from March 4 to March 11, 2024.

Fill Forms and Pay Fee: Candidates must carefully read the prospectus, fill the Entrance Test Form, and pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 6,000/= at Bank Alfalah located in the University of Karachi through the Fee Voucher.

Submission of Forms: Duly filled Entrance Test Form along with the paid Fee Voucher must be submitted to the respective departments by March 11, 2024.

Entrance Test: The Karachi University Entrance Test 2024 is mandatory for all candidates. The list of eligible candidates for the entrance test will be displayed on the Karachi University website on April 2, 2024.

Admit Card Collection: Candidates eligible for the entrance test must collect their admit cards from April 4 to April 5, 2024, from the respective departments/centers/institutes.
