Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm.D.

Duration: 5 years 10 semesters
Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT

Duration: 5 years 10 semesters
B.S. Medical Laboratory Technology MLT

Duration: 4 years 8 semesters
B.S. Speech and Language Pathology

Duration: 4 years 8 semesters
B.S. Occupational Therapy

Duration: 4 years 8 semesters
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Candidates should have completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate HSSC Pre-Medical or an equivalent examination, achieving at least 60% marks in aggregate.
Candidates must have passed the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test UGAT-2024 with a minimum of 50% marks.
Merit Calculation
Merit will be determined based on the following weightage:

UHS-UGAT-2024: 50%
HSSC Pre-Medical Part-I/A-Level: 40%
SSC or equivalent: 10%
Application Process
How to Apply
Candidates are required to apply online through the UHS admission portal: UHS Online Admission Portal. The application process involves the following steps:

Fill Out the Application: Complete the online admission form with personal and academic information.
Pay the Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500/- must be paid, with the fee challan available for download during the registration process. Payments can be made at any branch of Bank of Punjab BOP or through mobile banking via 1Bill.
Upload Required Documents: Candidates must upload necessary documents and proof of payment to complete their application.

Additional Information
Candidates already enrolled in any undergraduate program at UHS for Fall 2024 are ineligible to apply.
It is the candidates responsibility to ensure that their application is complete and accurate.
Provisional admissions are subject to the completion of the HSSC Pre-Medical exam, with a minimum requirement of 60% marks.
For students with foreign qualifications, an equivalence certificate from the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen IBCC is mandatory.
