UET Peshawar ETEA Entry Test Deadline 2023

University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar has made an important announcement regarding the schedule for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023. This test is a prerequisite for admission to Engineering programs in both public and private sector universities and colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP. The university has extended the application deadline until July 7, 2023, providing candidates with additional time to register for the test. Application Process:

To apply for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023, candidates need to complete the online registration form available on the official website of ETEA. A fee of Rs. 700/- per test is applicable, which is non-refundable. Roll number slips will be issued one week before each test. Once the entrance test results are announced, candidates will be required to submit an online admission form according to the schedule provided by their respective universities.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Intermediate Pre-Engineering/Computer Science or Pre-Medical with additional Maths: Candidates should have passed this examination from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE in Pakistan or an equivalent examination. They must have obtained at least 60% unadjusted marks, with a combination of subjects including Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science.

Three-Year Post-Matric Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE or B-Tech:

Candidates who have successfully completed this program with a minimum of 60% unadjusted marks are eligible to apply.

Intermediate Pre-Medical:

Candidates who have passed this examination from a recognized BISE in Pakistan or an equivalent examination and have obtained at least 60% unadjusted marks are eligible for Bio-Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering programs. Result-awaited candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the Entrance Test.

Policy Decision:

In accordance with the policy decision of the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC, two separate entrance tests will be conducted, and the best of the results will be considered for admission.
