Combined Entrance Test 2024 Second

For aspiring engineers seeking admission to undergraduate engineering programs in public and private institutions across Punjab, the Combined Entrance Test ECAT is a pivotal step. This year marks the second iteration of the ECAT, providing applicants with multiple opportunities to showcase their abilities. Per the directives of the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC, the best results from these tests will be considered during the admission process.

Orientation Session and Entrance Test

Candidates can anticipate a comprehensive orientation session scheduled for May 10th and 11th, 2024, aimed at familiarizing them with the computer-based test format. Following this, the Entrance Test will take place from May 13th to May 17th, 2024, across various centers including UET Lahores Main Campus and other designated venues across Punjab.

Important Dates and Requirements

Applicants are reminded to complete online token purchases and Admit Card generation by May 2nd, 2024. Its imperative to bring a valid photo ID to the test center, as failure to do so may result in expulsion. Accepted forms of ID include CNIC/NICOP, Juvenile Card, Matric/Intermediate certificate, Computerized domicile certificate, Passport, or Statement of Entry for A Level students.
