SZFPMI Postgraduate Training Programs Admission 2024

The institute offers FCPS-II training in a range of disciplines including General Surgery, Orthopaedic, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Anaesthesia, E.N.T, Gynae & Obst, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Paediatric Medicine, Radiology, Histopathology, Haematology, and others. Level-IV 2nd Qualification programs include FCPS Gastroenterology, FCPS Rheumatology, and FCPS Pain Medicine.

Candidates must possess a basic medical qualification of MBBS or an equivalent medical qualification recognized by the PM&DC. A certificate of one-year house job in an institution recognized by the PM&DC and a valid certificate of permanent registration with PM&DC are mandatory. Candidates must also hold FCPS Part-I Congratulations letter and meet the basic criteria of Level-III training disciplines.

Applicants are required to submit essential documents including MBBS degree and detailed marks sheets, valid PM&DC permanent registration certificate, attempt and distinction certificates, relevant certifications BLS, ALS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, domicile certificate, CNIC, and passport-size photographs.

Candidates can download the application form and academic information form from the institutes website  and submit them along with a processing fee of Rs. 2,000 through Intra Bank Transaction IBT in favor of Deputy Dean Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. Alternatively, forms can be obtained from the account section of FPGMI, Lahore, on payment of Rs. 2000. Bank draft/pay order is not accepted.

The last date for the submission of applications is on Friday, 15th December 2023, at 11:00 AM. The information provided in the application form will be verified at three stages, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the selection process.
