Students Attend Online Classes with Punjab Govt New App

Due to closure of the schools and colleges, the students are missing their classes and they have to stay in their homes because of the imposition of lockdown in the cities all over the country. The government has started different services for the people including the education app for the students so that they can continue getting education in their homes. In the beginning of this month, Punjab government has initiated the TV channel, Taleem Ghar, and the government made the promise with the public to start the app very soon so that the students can get education at their homes. The mobile application has been launched finally and it is adopted as the same name of Taleem Ghar.
The students should note that the students from class 1 to 8 and the SSC and HSSC classes students can continue their education. They will find all local and the multimedia lessons, which are offered to the students for free and they can find the lectures on mathematics, science, languages and other subjects with animated teachers, which are provided through the application, website and cable TV. The chairman of PITB announced the launching of this app and said that they have consulted it in the meeting of the Punjab Information Technology Board with the directors and senior teachers and this app will encourage the students of the remote areas to get the education while staying in their homes.
Taleem Ghar app is the brain child of the Punjab Government, which is developed through the joint venture of PITB, School Education Department and Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit of the government of the Punjab.
