SIPM&R DPT BS BSP Admission Open 2024

Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation SIPM&R, a pioneer in the field, opens its doors for admissions to undergraduate programs for the session 2023-24. Chartered by the Government of Sindh and accredited by the Higher Education Commission HEC, SIPM&R stands as a degree-awarding public sector higher education institute.

About SIPM&R

Established in 2007, SIPM&R is the first civilian multi-disciplinary rehabilitation institute in Pakistan. It has played a pivotal role in providing quality education and training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Allied Health Sciences. The institute boasts a highly experienced and internationally qualified faculty, making it a hub for students aspiring to excel in rehabilitation sciences.

Undergraduate Programs

SIPM&R invites applications for the following undergraduate programs:

Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT: A five-year degree program open to candidates with a background in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical/A-Level with a minimum of 60% marks.

BS in Occupational Therapy BSOT: A four-year degree program for candidates with a background in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical/A-Level with a minimum of 60% marks.

BS in Prosthetics & Orthotics BSP&O: A four-year degree program open to candidates with a background in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering/A-Level with a minimum of 50% marks.

BS in Audiology & Speech Language Therapy BS-ASLT: A four-year degree program open to candidates with a background in Intermediate Science Pre-Medical/A-Level with a minimum of 60% marks.

Admission Process

Only Sindh domicile holders are eligible for admission. The application form, prospectus, and entrance test information are available on the SIPM&R website. Interested candidates must submit their applications online and through surface mail along with the required documents and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/-. The last date for submission is Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Open House

SIPM&R will host an Open House in January 2024, with exact dates to be announced on the institutes website.
