To facilitate students and staff observing fasts, the Sindh government has introduced revised school and college timings for the month of Ramadan. These adjustments aim to maintain an effective academic routine while accommodating religious commitments. Updated Timetable for Schools in Ramadan

For primary schools with a single shift, classes will take place from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Schools operating in two shifts will follow these timings:

 

Morning session: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Afternoon session: 11:45 AM to 2:45 PM

 

These adjusted schedules are also applicable to secondary, elementary, and higher secondary institutions throughout the province.

 

Revised Friday Schedule

Recognizing the importance of Friday prayers, the Sindh government has implemented a special timetable for Fridays:

 

Morning shift: Concludes at 10:30 AM

Afternoon shift: Ends at 1:15 PM

 

Implementation of New School Hours

All schools are required to follow these new schedules from the start of Ramadan to ensure a smooth and structured academic routine during the fasting period. School administrators must enforce these changes effectively.
