Sindh Govt Announces Fully Funded Scholarships

The Sindh Educational Endowment Fund SEEF Trust, under the Government of Sindh, has introduced a scholarship program for the 2024–2025 academic session. This initiative is designed to support academically bright students from financially struggling families in pursuing higher education at recognized public and private universities within the province. SEEF Launches Scholarship Program for 2024–2025 to Promote Equal Access to Higher Education

The scholarship will fully cover tuition fees for one academic year in selected disciplines offered by SEEF-approved institutions. The supported fields include:

Medicine MBBS, BDS, DPT, B. Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy, BS Nursing – 4 years

Engineering all streams

Agricultural Engineering

Veterinary Science DVM

Social Sciences

Business Administration

Information Technology

Law 5-year LLB

Eligibility Requirements:

To be considered for the scholarship, students must meet the following conditions:

Be a permanent resident and hold a domicile of Sindh.

Be enrolled in a university or college listed in the SEEF panel for 2024–2025.

Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or at least 60% marks.

Provide valid income verification from the Federal Board of Revenue FBR.

Submit a salary slip if their parent is a government employee.

Fall within the SEEF-defined income categories.

Income Groups and Allocation:

Group A Income up to PKR 100,000: 80% of scholarships

Group B Income between PKR 100,001 and 1,500,000: 80%

Group C Income from PKR 1,500,001 to 2,500,000: 10%

Group D Above PKR 2,500,000: 10%

Special Quotas Reserved For:

86% for underprivileged but deserving students

2% for differently-abled students

2% for minorities

5% for orphaned students

5% for children of Sindh government staff

Who Is Not Eligible:

Applicants will be disqualified if they:

Study at institutions not recognized by the SEEF Trust

Are enrolled through self-finance or foreign-funded programs

Are already receiving financial aid from another source

Submit false, forged, or incomplete documents

Fail to meet the academic requirements

Application Process & Deadline:
