Board Chairman Adnan Khan has instructed officials to gather information about the CCTV cameras already in place at government school and college examination halls across the Rawalpindi Division. For any centers lacking this equipment, cameras will be installed immediately.
Private Schools Excluded from Serving as Exam Centers
Starting next year, private schools will no longer be allowed to serve as exam centers. This decision is part of the Boards broader effort to improve the overall examination environment and enhance monitoring.
Paper Distribution and Monitoring Under CCTV Surveillance
Under the new protocols, examination papers will be opened and distributed in the presence of students, with CCTV cameras monitoring the entire process. This initiative is designed to ensure the integrity of the exams and make sure that they are conducted fairly.
Collaboration with Education Authorities for Effective Implementation
To facilitate this process, the Bise Rawalpindi has been collecting data from directors, deputy directors, and district education authorities on the current status of CCTV installations. The Board is committed to ensuring comprehensive surveillance in all examination centers to uphold exam integrity and prevent any unethical practices.
