Revision of Exams Fees in Punjab Boards Annual Exams

Fee Hike Details:
The matric exam fee, as outlined in the official notification, has seen an increase from Rs.550/- to Rs.700/-. This change is accompanied by supplementary charges for development, scholarship, and sports funds, along with an augmented processing fee for the admission form.
Immediate Implementation:
The revised fees are now in effect, and students are required to submit their admission fees by the specified deadline of November 15.
Additional Charges:
In addition to the base fee, students are obligated to pay Rs.200/- for the development fund, Rs.80/- for the scholarship fund, Rs.100/- for the sports fee, and Rs.530/- for the processing fee. Furthermore, there is a Rs.100/- admission form fee.
Group-specific Fees:
For regular science group students in classes 9th and 10th, the fee is Rs.1,400/-, while arts group students with practical will also pay Rs.1,400/-. General group students will incur a charge of Rs.1,300/-.
Private Students:
Private students will have different fee structures. Private science group students will incur a total admission fee of Rs.3,210/-, private arts group students with practical will pay Rs.3,210/-, and private arts group students will have a total fee of Rs.3,110/-.
Deadline Information:
The notification specifies that the deadline for admission with a single fee is from November 15 to December 12, with double fees applicable from December 13 to December 26. The last date for submission of admission with triple fees is from 27 December 2023 to 3 January 2024.
