QAU 4th Merit List for BS Archaeology Fall 2024

Quaid-i-Azam University QAU has released the Fourth Merit List for its Undergraduate Programs for Fall 2024. Selected candidates can now access their Fee/Dues Voucher by logging into the Online Admission Portal under the "Application Status" menu.

Important Instructions      

Fee Submission: Selected candidates must deposit their fee/dues in any branch of HBL or Askari Bank by August 23, 2024 Friday. The scanned Paid Fee/Dues Voucher must be uploaded to the portal after payment. Failure to deposit the fee within the stipulated time will result in the next candidate on the merit list being selected for your seat.

Admission Confirmation: Admission is confirmed only after the submission and verification of original documents by the respective departments, which must be completed two days before the commencement of classes.

Regular vs. Self-Finance Basis: Candidates selected on a Regular Basis in the Fourth Merit List will not be considered in subsequent lists. However, their options for self-finance seats remain intact if they have deposited the fee for those.

HSSC Examination Requirement: Students must pass the HSSC Examination with at least 50% marks for BS and BA.LLB Programs. If a student fails to meet this requirement, their admission will be canceled, and no refund will be issued except for refundable securities.

Ineligibility Criteria

Candidates are ineligible for admission if they:

Have failed under QAUs examination rules.

Were previously expelled or ceased to be students of QAU.

Already hold a BS/LLB degree or its equivalent.

Are currently enrolled in another program at QAU.

Provided incorrect or misleading information.

The Vice-Chancellor reserves the right to cancel any admission without providing reasons.
