Punjab Matric Class Students Exclude from ‘No Exams Policy

Due to Coronavirus pandemic in the country, the educational institutes were closed and the academic activities were stopped and the government announced not to take the exams of the students but instead they would be promoted without exams. Some educational boards in Punjab started the matric class annual exams and their manual exams were completed but their practical exams were going to be conducted. The federal minister of education said that the matric class students of the Punjab boards, who already appeared in the exams, they will be judged under new average marking policy. All these students, whose exams were completed, their practical exams will be marks with the average marks as mentioned in the pre-defined policy and the students will not be included in the average marking policy. As the papers of all these students have been held so their papers will be checked and their results will be announced. It is expected that Punjab will prepare the detailed policy and the students will be granted the 50 percent of the total practical marks with the grace marks in their total so the candidates can avail the benefit from this policy like other students.
The remaining educational boards will grant the average marks with three percent extra marks on the performance of the previous classes. The students of the 9th and 11th classes will not appear in the exams this year and they will be judged in the next class and they will be granted marks of this year on the basis of their performance of the next year.
