Punjab Govt Free Medical Treatment on Students Health Cards

Government of the Punjab is going to issue health cards to the students of the government schools. Department of School Education will provide the health cards to students after their verification and the students can avail the free health facilities in 25 hospitals in Lahore. The health department will make the collaboration with the school education department and the teams of the health department will visit the government schools and they will provide the health cards. The deserving students will apply for the health cards and the students will provide the copies of CNIC of their parents. The education department has appointed the focal person, who will visit the schools and they will get ID cards and other details of the students.

Government has already issued the Insaaf Health Card and now the name and design has been changed and the government has taken the revolutionary step and change the name, which is now National Health Card, which is the historic project of Pakistan and the people, who will live below the poverty line, they can get their free treatment and the National Health Card program is carried in 90 districts of Pakistan.
