Punjab Government Benevolent Fund is extending its support to the children of in-service, retired, or late government employees by offering scholarships. Key Details of the Scholarship Program
Eligibility Criteria:
The scholarships will be awarded to a maximum of two children who have secured a minimum of 60% marks in matriculation or above examinations and are progressing to the next class.
In the case of a third child enrolled in a recognized institution for special education, an application can be submitted for the third child.
Scholarship Levels:
The scholarship is applicable for students enrolled in Inter, BA, BS, or MA MSc classes.
Application Period:
Applications for the Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund scholarship will be accepted from January 01, 2024, to April 02, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria for Specific Cases
Scholarship for 3 Children for Deceased or Retired Based on Disability Government Employees:
Children of deceased government employees are eligible for a scholarship from primary to matric class.
Application Process
All government employees must submit the prescribed application form, duly attested by the head of the institute.
Applications should be submitted to the relevant office through the head of the department.
Required Documents for Application
Applicants are required to submit the following documents along with the application form:
Copy of the CNIC/B-form of the students.
Copies of the CNICs of the parents.
Copy of the computerized payslip for the year 2023 or 2024 for in-service employees, or an attested copy of the pension book PPO for retired employees.
Copy of the result card received from the board or university result cards downloaded from the internet will not be acceptable with a minimum of 60% marks. The applicant must not have failed any subject or been absent from any paper.

The application form can be obtained from the Administrator Benevolent Fund at Alfalah Building Lahore or from the DC/Chairman district welfare fund boards.
