Admission Criteria and Schedule
Application Period:
Commencing on Tuesday, 12th December 2023, at 9:00 am and concluding on Wednesday, 20th December 2023, at 4:00 pm.

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must hold a PRC/Domicile of Tagged District of PUMHS, as detailed in the Prospectus.
Successful completion of Intermediate/HSSC or F.Sc. Pre-Medical Group or Equivalent Examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
MDCAT 2023 pass percentage requirement for MBBS admission is set at 55% according to PM&DC Regulations.
Additional eligibility criteria for various seat categories, as outlined in the Prospectus, must be met.
Admission is strictly based on merit allocation reflected in the Health Department Government of Sindhs Prospectus 2023-24.
Application Process and Fees
Candidates interested in the Self-Finance category must submit a Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 616,000/- in favor of VICE CHANCELLOR, PUMHS, Nawabshah Shaheed Benazirabad before the closing date. This submission must be accompanied by:

Print Copy of MDCAT 2023 Score Result.
Attested Photostat Copies of all necessary documents mentioned in the Prospectus.
Original Pay Order/Demand Draft.
It is mandatory to fill the Application Forms ONLINE, print them, and submit them to the Admissions Department, PUMHS SBA via courier along with attached photocopies of required documents. A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- must be deposited in PUMHS Online Students Receipts Account at Habib Bank Limited HBL, with the bank challan attached to the Application Form.

Important Instructions and Details
Applications lacking required documents or received after the deadline will not be entertained.
Candidates disputing MDCAT results must resolve their concerns with DUHS, Karachi, before the admission closing date.
Submission of forged/fake/fabricated documents or providing false information will result in disqualification.
Candidates are advised to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their applications.
Any updates or revised documents after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
Candidates with foreign qualifications such as A/O Level must upload the Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC; otherwise, their applications will be rejected.
