PU Announces Office Timings for Ramadan 2025

Revised Work Hours for University Staff

Employees following a five-day work schedule will observe the following office hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

For staff members in essential services who work six days a week, the updated schedule will be:

Monday to Saturday excluding Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

The announcement was formally issued on February 26, 2025, with Registrar Dr. Ahmad Islam authorizing the changes. Copies of the notice have been sent to key university figures, including deans, principals, and directors, to ensure compliance.
