Punjab University PU has successfully completed its entry test for undergraduate admissions for the year 2024. The first round of the admission test was held on Sunday, June 9, 2024, and aimed at selecting students for various undergraduate courses at the university. Overwhelming Student Participation in PU Test 2024

A staggering number of more than 41,000 students signed up to participate in the Punjab University Entry Test 2024. This massive turnout highlights the university’s popularity and the intense competition for securing a spot in its undergraduate programs.

Examination Centers Set Up Across Multiple Cities

To cater to the large number of applicants, PU organized examination centers in major cities across the country, including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gilgit, Skardu, and Dera Ismail Khan. A total of 141 centers were set up nationwide, with Lahore hosting 88 of them, ensuring candidates from various regions could easily access the exam.

Multiple Tests for Different Undergraduate Programs

Seven distinct types of entry tests were conducted to assess candidates for various undergraduate programs. These specialized exams were designed to align with the specific requirements of each academic field, ensuring a fair evaluation of each applicant’s suitability.
