PSED Regularizes Subject Specialists & Head Mistress Service

The government of the Punjab appointed the female subject specialists teachers and the head mistresses on the contract period to provide the quality education to the students in the government schools across Punjab. All these contracted teachers have completed their tenure of the contract and they provided excellent education to the students and now they are waiting for the decision to make them permanent on their respective posts. PSED Regularizes Female Subject Specialists & Head Mistress Services. The Punjab government has announced the decision to make them permanent and they will also get the annual increment, which will due in June 2020.

Punjab Regularization of Service Act

The employees, who have completed their contracted service of over three years, they will be eligible to be appointed on the regular basis according to the Punjab Regularization of Service Act. The teachers will be appointed permanently on the basis of vacancy, their qualification and other requirements.

Regularization of female subject specialists

The provincial minister has also announced that the female subject specialist teachers will also be regularized as permanent in the BPS-17 of different subjects. The teachers of the subjects like Economics, Physical Education, Islamiat, Urdu, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology and Biology. The government will adopt the proper procedure to fulfill all necessary formalities, which are required for these posts.

Regularization of Female Head Mistresses

The School Education Department has also regularized 259 female head mistresses in BPS-17 as all these employees have completed their contract period and on the basis of their performance, they will be appointed permanently.
