The Government of Punjab is taking significant steps towards inclusivity and empowerment through the Chief Ministers Skills Development Program for Transgenders. This initiative aims to equip transgender individuals with the skills necessary for success in various fields, fostering economic independence and social acceptance.

Call for Training Service Providers TSPs
To facilitate this program, the Punjab Skills Development Fund PSDF is inviting Training Service Providers TSPs to register and participate. PSDF, established in 2010 as the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, has a proven track record of collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance vocational training opportunities across the province.

Upcoming Trades Offered
The program will cover a diverse range of trades, ensuring that participants can choose fields that align with their interests and aspirations. Some of the upcoming trades include:

Film Making Video Production
Drama & Theater
Creative Arts Fine Arts
Grooming & Makeup Artist
Hair Stylist
Culinary Arts
Web Design & Development
Virtual Assistant Amazon
Graphic Designing
Fashion Design and Dress Making
Pattern Making and Cutting
These trades have been carefully selected to provide transgender individuals with creative, technical, and practical skills that are in demand in today’s job market.

Registration Process for TSPs
Interested TSPs with a strong track record of delivering quality training for transgender individuals are encouraged to register on the PSDF portal. This registration will allow PSDF to evaluate the capacity and capability of potential partners in delivering effective vocational training programs.
