Eligibility and Admission Procedure
For Class VI or VII: Candidates must be aged between 11 to 13 years. They should have proficiency in English and be studying in Urdu classes until 31st March 2024. The subjects for the written test include English, Urdu, and Mathematics English medium.
For Class VII or VIII GCE - O Level: Candidates should be aged between 12 to 14 years. They must have a command of English and General Knowledge, and they should also be studying General Science and Arithmetic English medium until 31st March 2024. The written test subjects are English, General Knowledge, Urdu, Islamiat, and General Science.
The written test is scheduled for Sunday, 10th December 2023, and will be held at various centers including Batrasi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Mingora Swat, Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Gilgit, Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sialkot, Karachi, and Quetta. Successful candidates from the written test will be invited for interviews in the first week of January 2024. Selected candidates will commence regular classes in April 2024.
There are certain provisions for regional candidates, particularly for the seventh day scholars, Hafiz Quran, or Yatim Local. Additionally, students who have been actively involved in Scouts and belong to regions like Alai, Balochistan, Punjab, and Sindh are encouraged to apply.
Candidates may also be eligible for allotment based on their permanent residence or attendance at a local school in the specified area. To validate this, candidates need to attach a ROAD PAGE CERTIFICATE FORM to the Scout Leader and Provincial Headquarters.
