Private Schools Association Reopening Date

The Private School Association has made the decision to reopen the private schools from 11 January 2021. The federal government has closed down the schools and colleges from 25-11-2020 after the number of COVID-19 pandemic cases are increasing in the country. The educational institutes will be closed down till 24-12-2020 and the winter vacations will be continued from 25-12-2020 to 10-01-2021. It was announced by the federal government to reopen the educational institutes from 11-01-2021 after reviewing the situation of coronavirus pandemic. The joint action committee has confirmed the closing of the private schools and colleges and said that the educational institute located in private sector will be reopened from 11 January after expiry of the winter vacations. The private schools association has announced that they will not accept the decision to extend the closing of the educational institutes and the members of the joint action committee warned the government not to announce further closure of the school and they will also not take action against such schools, which will be reopened on 11 January. The closing of the schools will disturb the study of the students and they are lagging behind in their course work and they cannot complete the study of their textbooks.
