MDCAT 2023 Registration Details:

The MDCAT 2023 registration process will begin on July 17, 2023, and interested applicants can register online. The last date for registration is July 31, 2023. Those who complete their registration by this date but face delays in bank challan processing for exam fee payment can still pay without any late fee until August 7, 2023.

Exam Date and Venues:

The MDCAT 2023 will be conducted on August 27, 2023, in a paper-based format. The exam will take place simultaneously at various centers/venues across the country and internationally.

Correction for Admission Registration:

Due to the delay in notifying admitting universities by the Federal Government, candidates will have a limited 48-hour window on August 6 and 7, 2023, to make changes to their registration portal for MDCAT 2023. This includes altering the venue, admitting university, or any other necessary changes. Candidates are advised to take advantage of this one-time opportunity.

MDCAT 2023 Registration Fee:

The registration fee for MDCAT 2023 remains unchanged at Rs. 6,000/-. Candidates must ensure timely payment during the registration process.

Passing Percentage for MDCAT 2023:

The minimum passing criteria for seeking admission to Medical or Dental colleges are as follows:

MBBS: 55%
BDS: 50%

MDCAT Result Validity:

The MDCAT result from one province will be valid nationwide for three years from the date of examination, as per section 17 of the PM&DC Act 2022. Candidates should note that the results of MDCAT-2022 are no longer valid for admission in the 2023 session, as indicated on their individual result certificates.

Registration Fee for International Venues:

International candidates have the option to take the MDCAT-2023 at two international venues, Dubai United Arab Emirates, and Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The registration fee for international venues is 100 USD Dollar, and the late registration fee is 150 USD Dollar.

Choice of Local Center:

Candidates are advised to select their preferred city/station from the list provided for the entry test. Once a city/station is selected, it cannot be changed, so candidates are encouraged to choose the nearest location for their convenience.
