Residency: The applicant must be a domicile holder of Punjab.

 

Academic Qualification: A minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 in a bachelor’s degree completed in 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25.

 

Enrollment Status: The applicant must be a full-time student at a partner university or recognized degree-awarding institution.

 

Financial Need:

The combined monthly income of the student’s parents should not exceed Rs. 60,000/-.

 

Exemptions apply to children of government employees in BPS 1-4 if salary is the sole income source and children of civilians who lost their lives in terrorist attacks.

 

No Other Scholarships: Students should not be receiving any other scholarships for the same academic year.

 

Merit-Based Selection: Applicants must satisfy both PEEF’s eligibility criteria and any additional merit or need-based requirements set by the respective university.
