Scholarship Details and Program Overview

The CMMS Scholarship 2025 is a merit-based, international scholarship 2025 intended for Ph.D. programs. It is designed to cover expenses for students pursuing advanced studies in the following areas:

Medical Sciences

Engineering & IT

Natural Sciences

Social Sciences and Arts & Humanities

Type: Fully funded international scholarship

Eligible Regions: Punjab, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan, FATA, and Islamabad Capital Territory

Eligibility Criteria for Applicants

To apply for the PEEF CMMS Ph.D. Scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Admission Offer: A valid PhD admission offer from any of the top 50 QS-ranked universities subject-wise in the preferred study areas.

Academic Performance: Minimum 60% marks throughout the applicants academic history.

Financial Criteria: Total monthly family income including self, spouse, and parents should not exceed Rs. 200,000.

Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 35 years of age as of April 30, 2025.

No Prior Foreign Scholarships: Applicants should not have previously availed of any foreign scholarship.

These parameters will determine eligibility for the scholarship’s selection process.

How to Apply for the Scholarship

Interested students must follow these steps to apply for the CMMS 2025:

Secure Admission: Obtain a valid admission offer from one of the top 50 QS-ranked universities worldwide in the eligible study fields.

Download the Application Form: Visit PEEF’s official portal to access and download the application form.

Submit Application: Complete the application form and submit it to PEEF before the due date, April 30, 2025.

Selected candidates will not be allowed to defer the scholarship to the following year.

Faculty members working in public sector educational institutions in Pakistan are not eligible for this program.

The responsibility to apply for visas and secure university admission lies solely with the applicant.

The Scholarship Selection Committee’s decision is final.

PEEF holds the right to reject applications or cancel the selection process at any stage without providing a specific reason.
