PEEF Announces PhD Scholarships Under CMMS Program 2025

Punjab Educational Endowment Fund PEEF has introduced the Chief Minister Merit Scholarship CMMS Program for PhD students for the academic year 2025-26. Pakistani students who have secured admission to one of the top 50 QS-ranked universities worldwide are encouraged to apply for this fully funded scholarship. This initiative aims to support outstanding students in pursuing higher education at globally recognized institutions. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the CMMS PhD Scholarship 2025, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Must have a confirmed admission offer from one of the top 50 QS-ranked universities, preferably in a priority subject area.

Must have obtained at least 60% marks throughout their academic career.

The monthly family income, including self, spouse, and parents, must be Rs. 200,000 or less.

Must be 35 years old or younger as of April 30, 2025.

Must not have previously availed any foreign scholarships.

Application Process

Interested candidates should follow these steps to apply:

Secure admission in one of the current top 50 QS-ranked universities in the preferred subject areas listed on the PEEF website.

Download the scholarship application form from the official PEEF website.

Complete and submit the application form along with the required documents by April 30, 2025.

Scholarship offers cannot be deferred to the next year.

Regular or permanent faculty members of public sector universities/institutes are not eligible to apply.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Punjab domicile, but special quotas are reserved for students from AJK, GB, and ICT.

Students are responsible for securing their admission and visa.

The CMMS decision will be final, and PEEF reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the selection process without explanation.
