PBF Scholarships for Govt Employees Offspring

The Punjab Government Benevolent Fund presents a scholarship program aimed at supporting the education of the children of in-service, retired, or deceased employees.
Eligibility Criteria and Application Period
Scholarships will be granted to children who have successfully completed matriculation or higher examinations with a minimum of 60% marks and are currently enrolled in higher classes.
Applications can be submitted for a maximum of two children. However, if one child is attending a recognized institution for special children, the application can include up to three children.
The application window for the Punjab Government Servants Benevolent Fund scholarship is open from January 01, 2024, to April 02, 2024.
Specific Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship Recipients
The scholarship is available for a maximum of two children who have passed matriculation or above exams with a minimum of 60% marks and are currently pursuing education in the subsequent class.
In special circumstances, where a third child is attending a recognized institute of special education, the application can be submitted for that child as well.
Special Scholarship Provision for Children of Deceased or Retired Government Employees with Disabilities
Children of deceased government employees are eligible for a scholarship from primary to matric class.
Application Process: Submission and Documentation
Government employees must submit the prescribed application form, duly attested by the head of the institute, to the relevant office through the head of the department.
Essential documents required for submission include copies of the CNIC/B-form of the students, parents CNIC copies, computerized payslip copies for in-service employees, or attested copies of the pension book PPO for retired employees.
Additionally, a copy of the result card from the board or university, obtained with a minimum of 60% marks, is mandatory. Result cards downloaded from the internet will not be accepted, and the applicant should not have failed any subject or been absent from any paper.
