Pakistani universities have garnered noteworthy recognition in the Times Higher Education THE Young University Rankings 2023, with a total of 48 institutions making their mark on the list. Nanyang Technological University Singapore claims the top position this year, with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in second place and Paris Sciences et Lettres – PSL Research University Paris ranking third. Notably, Hong Kong boasts the most institutions in the top 10, while France holds the most in the top 20.

Turkey holds the title for the most-represented nation overall, with 47 universities, followed by India with 45 institutes and the UK with 39 universities.
